build 0500 - Day-prep cycle

- Added raiders that patrol food (stray cats run away when they see raiders)
- Added new spawn mechanics for raider and stray cats
- A random number of raiders will spawn within a random interval
- Raiders will randomly choose foods on the streets to patrol
- A random number of strays will spawn under a random interval
- Stray cats will walk to the food items randomly
- Raider now chases the player on sight or flees depending on their "feral mind" stat (stronger feral mind, flees less)

- daytime fight, prep time, progress
- Fixed some issues (stray cats not fleeing)
- Added day-prep cycle
- There is a time limit for daytime
- The ending day will go to the prep phase (improve base/hero)
- Ending the prep phase starts the next day
- Raiders' damaging reputation (not implemented)
- Instead, they patrol food items and scare away stray cats
Next, I want to implement the prep phase and char/base progress.
